Hands of Hope Health Care Center (HOHHC) is a 501(C)3 nonprofit healthcare organization established by Dr. Cynthia Jackson in January of 2012, who is a family practice and mental health nurse practitioner with a Doctorate degree in clinical practice. Hands of Hope Health Care Center provides high quality affordable care to uninsured and insured populations located in Mobile and surrounding areas. The medical practice provides care to individuals across the lifespan from infancy to Geriatrics. The practice offers infant, child, adult and older adult care; physical exams, DOT physicals, weight loss management, health risk screenings, childhood immunizations, preventative health services, TB skin tests, PAP Smears, Breast Exams, Sports physicals, visual acuity (eye) screenings, chronic care, diabetes and high blood pressure management, mental health, asthma and lung disease management, and management of musculoskeletal, neurological and skin disorders/illnesses.

According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Mobile County has a shortage of primary care health professionals. Our mission is to help fulfill this gap by increasing access to high quality affordable healthcare services; thus, leading to optimal physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Our vision is to become a model healthcare practice that incorporates Christian values in managing care of individuals, families and communities while promoting optimum health. The healthcare team works generously at Hands of Hope Health Care Center to ensure that all patients receive needed healthcare services despite socioeconomic barriers. The healthcare team shows compassion and promotes a nurturing healthcare environment.

Patients are seen with or without insurance, and employment is not required. Patients without insurance pay a small fee for services. Low-cost lab fees are available for uninsured individuals. Office hours are Monday through Thursdays from 8:30 AM till 5:00 PM. We welcome new patients!
